Kaila holds a License from the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood (OEC), ensuring that Bright Kidz Daycare operates with the highest standards of safety and educational quality.
Her commitment to child well-being is further demonstrated by her essential certifications:
* First Aid and CPR certification for adults, children, and infants.
* Certification in oral and injectable medication administration.
A proud mother of two, Kaila understands the importance of finding a safe and loving place for your children. “I love kids,” she shares, “and my greatest joy is watching them explore, learn, and grow every single day.” Kaila and her team are dedicated to making Bright Kidz Daycare feel like a true extension of your family.
Miss La
Family Operations Manager
At Bright Kidz Family Home Daycare, family is truly at the heart of everything we do — and that starts with Miss La, who is not only our Family Operations Manager, but also Mrs. Kaila’s mother. Miss La plays a vital role behind the scenes, assisting with family communications, organization, and community outreach. Her calm, nurturing presence and strong sense of family values help create the loving, supportive atmosphere that Bright Kidz is known for. While she is currently in the process of becoming OEC-approved to serve as a substitute, Miss La already provides invaluable support that keeps our program running smoothly — so our teachers can focus on what matters most: nurturing and teaching our little learners every day.
Barbara Boone
OEC-Approved Assistant Teacher
At Bright Kidz Family Home Daycare, we’re proud to have Miss Barbara as an integral part of our teaching team. As an OEC-approved assistant, she works side-by-side with Mrs. Kaila when she’s not in college , barbara is there to ensure every child receives the highest level of care, safety, and attention. Miss Barbara is known for her creativity, patience, and joyful energy. She loves anime, art, and hands-on learning – passions she brings into the classroom to inspire imagination and curiosity in our little learners. As Mrs. Kaila’s sister, Barbara embodies the family-centered values that make Bright Kidz feel like home. Her dedication, compassion, and playful spirit help create a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels seen, supported, and loved.
